More than 10,000 aspirants have benefited from this platform, all over the country. We launched in-person training for 2017 UPSC batch with few deserving aspirants and which influenced our user base grow from 10,000 to 25,000 users same year.

About Us
Topper IAS was started on 1st Oct 2014 with the name The UPSC Online with the intent to provide an open and free training platform for UPSC and KPSC aspirants. More than 10,000 aspirants have benefited from this platform, all over the country. We launched in-person training for 2017 UPSC batch with few deserving aspirants and which influenced our user base grow from 10,000 to 25,000 users same year.
In November 2018, we moved our in-person coaching center to a larger facility at Vijayanagara, Bengaluru under the registered of Topper IAS.
Topper IAS conducts entrance tests for every aspiring student and it is mandatory to pass this entrance test to get admission. Scholarship will be provided for high performing aspirants in entrance tests in the spirit of achieving Topper IAS vision.

In the spirit of achieving our Mission to encourage potential aspirants, Topper IAS provides scholarship covering up to 75% of Civil Service exam preparation costs, including books and tuition fee. Deserving aspirants are self-registered for scholarship tests.
Topper IAS has provided scholarships for 28 aspirants during 2019, 62 aspirants during 2020 and 8 (till July) in 2021.
This program also aims at providing quality education for economically challenged Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Other Backward Classes (OBCs) aspirants, enabling them to appear in competitive examinations and to provide opportunity serving in the public sector.
COVID19 lockdowns limited the access of preparation groups, mentors, and classes for Civil Service aspirants. Future was uncertain to many deserving aspirants who could not afford to pay tuition fees for online classes. Aspirants were looking for a dependable way to utilize their precious time and to get in touch with mentoring groups.
Topper IAS stepped in to announce a free online class for all UPSC/KPSC aspirants and successfully conducted an 8-month long batch. Multiple workshops from our resource persons helped aspirants to boost their morale. More than 220 aspirants benefited through this program and made their time at home productive.

by Mr. Somashekhara L Hulmani ( Ex. Telecom Officer ) and Tejas Jain ( USA ) with a vision to providing quality Civil Service Mentorship at
the lowest fees offered in the country. The Institution is known for its

payment and we will train you until you are potentially successful as an
Officer. Topper IAS has successfully produced 70+ IAS/KAS Officers and is
